The Masked One had gathered a large army of his own, made up of warriors from all over the kingdom. He had promised them great rewards if they were victorious in battle, and they were eager to prove their worth.
The two armies faced off against each other, each side determined to win the battle and claim the Golden Mask of Katsina. The Masked One had promised his followers that whoever wore the mask would be granted great power and wealth.
The battle raged on for hours, with neither side gaining any ground. Finally, the King of Katsina made a daring move. He ordered his forces to launch a surprise attack on the Masked One’s camp.
The attack was successful, and the Masked One’s forces were routed. The King’s forces quickly seized the Golden Mask of Katsina and brought it back to the King’s palace.
The Masked One was furious, and vowed to get revenge on the King of Katsina. He vowed to return one day and reclaim the Golden Mask of Katsina.
For now, the King of Katsina had won the battle, and the Golden Mask of Katsina was safe. But the Masked One’s threat still lingered in the air, and the people of Katsina knew that the battle for the mask was far from over.
