Part 5: The Battle for the Oba's Throne The Curse of the Oba: Abdulazeez and Olufunmilayo in Ancient Lagos.

The news of the Oba's death spread quickly throughout the kingdom of Lagos. The people were in shock and dismay, for the Oba had been a beloved leader. But soon, the shock turned to fear as the people realized that the kingdom was now without a ruler.

The people of Lagos knew that a new Oba must be chosen, but who would it be? There were many contenders for the throne, but two names kept coming up: Abdulazeez and Olufunmilayo.

Abdulazeez was the son of the late Oba, and he was determined to take his father's place. He had been groomed for the position since he was a child, and he was confident that he was the right person for the job.

Olufunmilayo, on the other hand, was a powerful warrior who had served the Oba faithfully for many years. She was well-respected and had earned the loyalty of many of the people of Lagos.

The two contenders for the throne were evenly matched, and the people of Lagos were divided in their opinions. Some supported Abdulazeez, while others favored Olufunmilayo.

The battle for the Oba's throne was fierce. Abdulazeez and Olufunmilayo both fought hard to prove their worthiness to lead the kingdom. In the end, Abdulazeez emerged victorious, and he was crowned the new Oba of Lagos.

The people of Lagos were relieved to have a new leader, but they were also saddened by the loss of the beloved Oba. Olufunmilayo, however, was gracious in defeat and accepted her new role as the Oba's advisor.

The people of Lagos were grateful to have a strong leader in Abdulazeez, and they looked forward to a prosperous future under his rule. The curse of the Oba was finally broken, and the kingdom of Lagos was at peace once more.
