The next morning, Oliver, Benjamin, and Olufunmilayo were ready to explore the mangroves. They had heard about the amazing wildlife and plants that could be found in the mangroves and were excited to see it for themselves.
The three of them set off in a small boat, with a guide to show them the way. As they sailed through the mangroves, they were amazed by the variety of wildlife they saw. From colorful fish to exotic birds, the mangroves were teeming with life.
They also saw some of the unique plants that grew in the mangroves. The roots of the mangrove trees were exposed, and the group was able to see how the roots helped to protect the shoreline from erosion.
After a few hours of exploring, the group decided to take a break and have a picnic lunch. They ate their lunch on the beach, and then continued their exploration.
As the sun began to set, the group returned to their boat and sailed back to the shore. They had seen so much during their day in the mangroves, and they were excited to tell everyone back home about their adventure.
