The next morning, the group of friends awoke early, determined to find out the truth behind the mysterious events that had been occurring in the mansion. They had all agreed that the best way to do this was to search the mansion for clues.
The group split up and began to search the mansion. They looked in every nook and cranny, searching for any clues that might lead them to the source of the hauntings. They searched the library, the bedrooms, the attic, and even the basement, but they found nothing.
After hours of searching, the group was about to give up when they heard a loud crash coming from the attic. They rushed up the stairs and found a secret door that had been hidden behind a bookcase.
The group cautiously opened the door and stepped inside. They found themselves in a small room filled with ancient artifacts and books. In the center of the room was a large stone tablet with strange symbols carved into it.
The group gathered around the tablet and began to study it. After a few minutes, they realized that the symbols were a spell. It was a spell to break the curse that had been placed on the mansion.
The group quickly gathered the ingredients they needed to cast the spell and returned to the mansion. They cast the spell and the hauntings stopped immediately.
The group was relieved, but they still had no idea who had cursed the mansion or why. They decided to keep searching for answers and vowed to never give up until they found them.
