Inside, the group was met with a scene of chaos. Furniture was overturned and broken, and the walls were covered in cobwebs. As they explored the mansion, they found a secret room hidden behind a bookcase. Inside, they discovered a journal belonging to the mansion’s former owner, Lord William.
The journal revealed that Lord William had been cursed by a witch. The curse had caused him to become a phantom, doomed to haunt the mansion for eternity. The group also discovered that the curse could only be broken by a special amulet.
The group searched the mansion and eventually found the amulet. With the amulet in hand, they returned to the secret room and used it to break the curse.
The group was relieved to find that the curse had been broken and Lord William was free. He thanked them for their help and revealed that the mansion had been cursed by a witch who had been seeking revenge for a wrong done to her.
The group thanked Lord William for his help and left the mansion, relieved that the mystery of the Phantom Mansion had been solved.
