Part 11: Zainab's Triumph Over the Curse The Curse of the Sultans: Mus'ab, Oliver, Fatima, and Zainab in Ancient Katsina

Zainab had been living in Katsina for a few months now and she had grown to love the city and its people. She had made many friends and was learning more and more about the culture and customs of the city. She had also heard about the curse that had been placed upon the city by the Sultan and she was determined to find a way to break it.

One day, Zainab decided to take a walk around the city and explore. As she walked, she noticed a small shrine tucked away in a corner of the city. She approached it and saw that it was dedicated to the goddess of luck and fortune. She knelt down and prayed to the goddess, asking for her help in breaking the curse.

The goddess answered her prayer and told her that she must go to the Sultan’s palace and confront him. Zainab was scared but she knew that she had to do it. She gathered her courage and went to the palace.

When she arrived, she was met by the Sultan’s guards who tried to turn her away. But Zainab refused to leave and demanded to see the Sultan. The guards reluctantly allowed her to enter and she was brought before the Sultan.

The Sultan was surprised to see Zainab and asked her why she had come. Zainab told him that she had come to break the curse and asked him to lift it. The Sultan was impressed by her courage and agreed to lift the curse.

Zainab thanked the Sultan and left the palace. As she walked away, she could feel the curse lifting from the city. She had done it! She had broken the curse and saved the city.

The people of Katsina were overjoyed and thanked Zainab for her bravery and courage. Mus’ab, Oliver, and Fatima were especially proud of her and celebrated her triumph.

The curse was broken and the city was saved. Zainab had triumphed over the curse and the city of Katsina was forever grateful.
